NicheConsulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631562M) respects your personal data and complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect
This website does not use a contact form, cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us, for example by email, telephone or LinkedIn, or when we work with you or your organisation. This usually means your name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your messages.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To deliver, administer and invoice the services we provide to you or your organisation.
- To keep business records as required by law.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, document storage and accounting providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their services to us. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we delete it or anonymise it.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 30 days.
